Frequently asked questions
Who counts as a person?
Only members who can create and edit. Viewers, customers who open requests in the Service desk portal, AI agents and deactivated accounts do not count.
What happens if the team goes over the band?
A team starts in the band of its size and can then grow 10% more at no cost. Once payments open: beyond that, we tell the owner of the organization and the band only changes 30 days later, or at renewal if that comes first. We will never stop anyone joining because of the band.
And if the team gets smaller?
You move down a band at the next renewal, with no penalty.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. Companies in other European Union countries with a valid VAT number: reverse charge, no VAT on the invoice. Companies and people in Portugal: Portuguese VAT is added. Other cases will be confirmed with our accountant before payments open. Invoices will be issued by software certified by the Portuguese Tax Authority.
What happens if I cancel?
At the end of the paid period, the organization will go back to the Free plan. If it has more than 10 people, it becomes read-only until the team is smaller or it pays again. Nothing will be deleted.
How does yearly payment work?
You will pay 10 months and use 12, and you will be able to move from monthly to yearly at any time.
Where is my data?
In the European Union, in Ireland, with encrypted backups every night. Every plan has the GDPR tools and the data processing agreement (DPA, still under legal review).
Can I bring the data from my current tool?
Yes, once importing is ready: it is being built to keep the ticket keys, comments, attachments and history. On Business, our team will help you migrate.
